You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at julspublishinghouse@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Jul uses third-party AI models (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) to generate book content based on your inputs. You acknowledge and agree that:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the output (books and related content) generated through your use of the Platform. We claim no ownership over your generated books. We do, however, retain all rights to the Platform itself — including its code, design, branding, and systems.

Jul offers paid subscription tiers (Basic, Pro, and Premium). All pricing is listed in USD and payment is collected in the Naira (NGN) equivalent at the prevailing rate communicated to you at the time of upgrade.
Pro and Premium tier users are required to provide their own API keys from third-party AI providers. Your API keys are encrypted and stored securely. You are solely responsible for the usage and costs incurred on your own API keys. We are not liable for any charges billed to you by third-party providers as a result of your use of the Platform.
We strive to keep Jul available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. We are not liable for any loss arising from downtime or service changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jul's Publishing House and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jul's Publishing House, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your generated content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email.
